Properlak System s.r.o., with its registered office at Na Kopci 366/3G, Dolní Suchá, postal code 735 64, Company ID No.: 07072015, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Ostrava under file No. C74404 (hereinafter also “We”), as the controller of personal data, informs you, as a user of the website www.properlak.cz, about the collection of personal data and the privacy principles described below.

Processing of children's personal data

Our website is not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not process the personal data of children under 16.

Scope of personal data processing

When you contact us via the website, you may be asked to fill in certain information about yourself or your company. This information may include, in particular:

• a) your first and last name,
• b) business name,
• c) address or registered office of the company,
• d) company identification number and tax identification number,
• e) phone number, or
• f) email address

Besides the data you give us yourself, with your consent we also measure how you use our website. The tools described in the cookies section do that, and they do not run without your consent.

Purpose of processing

We use the information you provide to contact you back and give you the information you have requested, for the purpose of providing our services. All personal data is processed in a lawful and transparent manner, and only data that is adequate, relevant and necessary in relation to the purpose of processing is required.

In addition, we may use your first name, last name and email address to send you commercial communications, i.e. to inform you about events, publications or services that we provide and that we believe might interest you. Providing personal data for the purpose of performing a contract, and providing personal data for the purpose of answering questions you have raised or providing information you have requested, is our contractual requirement, and failure to provide it may result in a contract not being concluded or in your questions not being answered.

Furthermore, you may refuse the processing of your personal data for the purpose of sending commercial communications at any time, and this will not affect our other mutual relations. Simply send an email with the relevant request to info@properlak.cz or to any other address from which you have received a commercial communication from us.

Who has access to your personal data

Your personal data will be processed by Us as the controller. For the purposes stated above, we may transfer your personal data to our subcontractors so that they process it for us. Personal data may be transferred to:

1. an external accountant;
2. processors that provide us with server, web, marketing, cloud or IT services, or that are our business partners;

Duration of personal data processing

We will process your personal data for as long as we provide you with our services or perform our mutual contract, or for the time necessary to comply with archiving obligations under applicable legislation, such as the Accounting Act, the Act on Archiving and Records Management, or the Value Added Tax Act.

Your rights arising from the processing of personal data

In relation to our processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:

• a) the right of access to personal data;
• b) the right to rectification;
• c) the right to erasure and to data portability;
• d) the right to restriction of processing;
• e) the right to object to processing; and
• f) the right to lodge a complaint about the processing of personal data.

You may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).

The right of access means that you may at any time ask us to confirm whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed and, if so, for what purposes, to what extent, to whom it is disclosed, for how long we will process it, whether you have the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or to object, where we obtained the personal data from, and whether automated decision-making, including any profiling, takes place on the basis of the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to obtain a copy of your personal data; the first copy is provided free of charge, and for any further copies we may charge a reasonable fee to cover administrative costs.

The right to rectification means that you may at any time ask us to correct or complete your personal data if it is inaccurate or incomplete.

The right to erasure means that we must erase your personal data if (i) it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed, (ii) the processing is unlawful, (iii) you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or (iv) we are required to do so by a legal obligation.

The right to restriction of processing means that until we resolve any disputed issues regarding the processing of your personal data, we must restrict the processing of your personal data so that we may only store it and, where applicable, use it for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

The right to object means that you may object to the processing of your personal data that we process for direct marketing purposes or on the grounds of legitimate interest. If you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, your personal data will no longer be processed for those purposes.
