We do both welding and straightening of damaged wheels, as well as complete 3-coat painting — from just CZK 8,360 per set. And now there is also the affordable ECONOMY category, from CZK 7,560 per set. All prices listed are exclusive of VAT.

Individual services
The eight operations a wheel goes through in our workshop. We do every one of them ourselves — from stripping to tire fitting.
Chemical paint stripping is the foundation of the whole process. We remove the original coats of paint and all dirt. Our methods are modern and gentle, so the wheel is not damaged and the quality stays at its highest. Thorough preparation is what every later stage depends on.
We give wheels back their original looks — or transform them exactly the way you want. We handle complete alloy wheel refurbishments, from small scratches and scuffs to deep damage. Every repair gets our full care, down to the smallest detail.
A bent alloy wheel is not only a cosmetic problem — it compromises driving safety and wears tires unevenly. Modern equipment lets us pinpoint the deformation exactly and return the wheel to its original shape. The whole process is done to the highest precision so the wheels are fully serviceable again.
The face and the rim lip are machined on a CNC lathe. After the pass, the visible areas of the wheel are perfectly true. A flawless result requires an absolutely straight wheel — at the CNC machine's high speeds, a deformed wheel cannot be worked at all.
We insist on top-grade materials and precise handwork. We are the only workshop in the Czech Republic and Slovakia using the system painting method and paints made specifically for alloy wheels. We stock more than 800 shades, applied by hand and baked coat by coat. Every refurbished wheel is a one-off, built to last.
We polish wheel faces and rim lips on alloy wheels, using CNC turning and machine polishing. Years of experience with both faces and lips let us turn your wheel into a rolling mirror.
For chrome plating we use the modern, environmentally friendly PVD method, which delivers high durability, a long service life and a flawless finish. Its key advantage is the low process temperature (under 250 °C), so the core microstructure and the mechanical properties of the aluminum are preserved.
Our workshop includes a fully equipped tire service. We handle complete tire fitting and balancing on top-grade equipment — right after your wheels come out of refurbishment.
Premium refurbishments
At ProperLak we can take care of even the most demanding alloy wheel repairs and refurbishments. We have long provided our premium services to luxury wheel brands as well, and there is truly nothing we cannot handle. Personal transport and loaner wheels for the duration of your wheel repair are, of course, part of the service.
CNC lathe
We polish the faces and lips of alloy wheels. We use a technological process combining a CNC lathe with machine polishing. Thanks to our extensive experience with polishing wheel faces and lips, we can turn your wheel into a rolling mirror.
Multi-piece wheels
We handle refurbishments of two-piece as well as three-piece wheels. During such a refurbishment we take great care to disassemble all three parts carefully — and reassemble them even more carefully. We pay close attention to sealing the joints and torquing the bolts correctly to avoid any damage to the wheel.
